Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Customers have 14 days to return items to us for an exchange/store credit only. You will be able to utilize this when purchasing a new item from 1Source either in stock or via our website. All store credit must be redeemed within a 90 day period.

 

If returning an item to 1Source it must come back in the condition it was sold to you in. This includes all packaging and tags if applicable. We may refuse items if they are not to the required standard of our returns policy.

 

Please note if an item is sourced in specifically for you we DO NOT offer any returns on these items. If there is any clear issues with the item, please contact us and we may be in a position to help.



HOW TO RETURN:

Email us on info@1sourceshopper.com for a return address and details for a postal return, the postal cost for any returns will be at the responsibility of the customer.


WARRANTIES:

As an independent reseller of these products, we do not offer any type of warranty for the products we sell. We check ALL products that arrive at 1Source to ensure no defects or faulty products are sold to customers. After you have worn our products they are no longer covered by our return/exchange policy. Any non faulty damages or concerns should be reported to the manufacturer if you deem necessary.
